Hi GStojanov . I've now restored the articles you've asked for. It would be very helpful if you could clarify if there is still a copyright on these texts. Also in the Bulgarian Wikisource no copyrighted works may be uploaded. Best regards.

Thank you. I will update the copyright info. These are both old and were never copyrighted, they were printed in a state gazette as instruction for certain issues.
Holder, the copyright in Bulgaria is 70 years after the death of the author i.e. all works of (1886 – 1964) are copyrighted, so they must be deleted.
Hi GStojanov and StanProg. Since i can't decide this from a distance, I think it would be good if you could agree on this, then i can act accordingly as global sysop. Best regards.
StanProg, these articles were published by a government sponsored organization (Macedonian Scientific Institute) in its official mouthpiece[1], and they were released in public domain. I will add copyright notice to it.
This magazine is also copyrighted and has never been released in the public domain. The Macedonian Scientific Institute is not a government-sponsored organization and even if it was that does not make the articles in it's magazine public domain. The copyright in Bulgaria is 70 years after the death of the author.
The magazine is not copyrighted, take a look at pages 5, 6 and 7 (the first 3 pages)[2] where the Copyright would normally appear. There isn't one. This is a governmental mouthpiece aimed to explain the position of the Bulgarian government in regards to the Macedonian question. Please do not revert my edits. If you want to discuss this issue further, please use the Discussion pages of the articles.
The fact that there's no copyright information does not make the articles in the public domain. This is the magazine of an institution, not a governmental mouthpiece. It's a magazine with articles by authors, which copyright is reserved 70 years after their deaths. Please, refrain from publishing copyrighted material or adding false copyright templates in Bulgarian Wikisource as this could eventually lead to a ban. Thanks.
